Jussara has a large experience working in local development projects as she realised that tourism could be a way to discover the best of people and places. She loves mountains, rural life, listening to stories and is a restless traveler. Indeed, Jussara believes she is permanently looking for transforming the world in a place with meaning and purpose to all its inhabitants. Before being Raízes’ partner, she worked for the public sector with management of the areas of culture and tourism, as well as fostering entrepreneurship in organizations such as SEBRAE. Jussara also coordinated international cooperation projects with Italy and Spain. Besides that, she is volunteer and president of Espinhaço Mountains Association and Bagagem Project Association and currently partner in Raízes.
