How many hands does it take to make a transformation? Those who have been following us for a while know that our organizational culture includes a meeting with the permanent team and some consultants once or twice a year. The purpose is to analyze what has been and visualize what will be: to plan goals and objectives, the next steps for our social business. And there are meetings that are alignment rituals…
The Raízes 2026 Immersion began around a jabuticaba tree—the perfect symbol for those who have been working with regenerative tourism and sustainable development for two decades: deep roots and fruits that ripen at the right time.
On Monday, the 9th, still on Minerva Street, where our office is located in São Paulo, we reviewed what 2025 taught us. It wasn’t just numbers, but lessons learned. Area updates, strategic balance, and above all, the awareness that we grow because we listen. In the afternoon, we headed to Fazenda Serrinha, in Bragança Paulista.
Change your surroundings to change your perspective
Between check-in and photos, we opened the “Narrative Board” to strengthen our organizational culture internally and to the world. It was a space for reflection on how we tell who we are, to whom, and why.
On Tuesday, the day began with a rainy dawn. These moments allowed us to connect more deeply with the present moment and the bucolic rhythm. The morning was dedicated to co-constructing our narratives and strategically positioning Raízes’ 20 years. It is not just about celebrating a trajectory, but reaffirming our purpose: what legacy do we want to consolidate? What voice do we want to amplify?
In the afternoon, we delved into the Roots of Justice, Climate Mitigation, and Adaptation Methodology. In a global context of climate crisis, communication alone is not enough: consistent, territorialized, and measurable responses must be structured. We continued with the history and timeline of Dona do Meu Fluxo (Mistress of My Flow) — revisiting strengths, weaknesses, and, above all, concrete impacts.
Every evening, we also share moments of exchange and personal experiences.
To close the cycle
Wednesday, in turn, brought synthesis and vision for the future. Between coffee and lunch, we organized referrals and consolidated our planning for 2026. More than a schedule, it was a collective agreement.
Raízes Immersion is not just a busy schedule, it is an exercise in consistency that we practice every year. For us, strategy is not born out of improvisation, but out of encounters, listening, and the courage to continually reposition ourselves in the face of the challenges of our time, without ever losing our essence. We move forward with firm roots and a long-term vision.
