MinaBloco

The MinaBloco Collective was created to gather and empower women in the musical, cultural, and social scene of Itabirito in 2017. Minabloco is now a collective of more than 40 women of all ages who embody a process of inclusion through music and the appreciation of diversity. Incubated by the Project of Territorial Development and Social Transformation of Itabirito – MG, an initiative from Vale, executed by Raízes, the collective proposed the creation and launch of the biweekly Podcast Sou Mina, with the objective of increasing the visibility and discussion of themes related to the female universe in all its various aspects. The group also organized itself as a collective business from a management point of view, and with the investment of seed capital were able to acquire equipment and technology for concerts, broadcasts and its application in communication and brand structuring.
