Association of Workers of Santo André Beach – Barracas do Pontal

The Santo André Beach Workers Association consists of 18 beach huts known as Barracas do Pontal. These huts are managed by members of the community of the paradisiacal beach town of Santo André, in the municipality of Santa Cruz Cabrália/BA. Through the collective organization, this group aims to showcase the idyllic beauty of the landscape, the welcoming axé of the Bahian people, and their gastronomic talent. This community entrepreneurship initiative has great potential to promote local development and sustainability.
