Strategic management of the Association of Business Law Firms (RedeJur)

One of Raízes Desenvolvimento Sustentável’s main areas of expertise is strengthening networks and creating management strategies for the third sector. That’s why working on the strategic management of the Association of Corporate Law Firms(RedeJur) was a perfect match for our skills and possibilities for positive impact.

RedeJur is a network of independent corporate law firms with integrated operations, local strength and global reach. It has members inside and outside the country – Latin America, Europe and Africa; and characteristics of trust and relationships that make it akin to a brotherhood.

The challenge for the organization in its 10th year was to leap in quality. Raízes was therefore invited to implement management in the third sector, promoting:

• New features such as the technical event for clients
• The printed office guide
• Best practices award

Since 2003, the network has aimed to offer member firms the support they need to practice business law properly. It encourages qualification, the practice of integrated actions and correspondence. In doing so, it promotes scientific-legal exchange and stimulates studies in legal areas linked to company law.
