Darnisson Viana

Darnisson’s research focuses on the lifestyles of artisanal fishers and the associated knowledge systems in the Lower Tapajós region, specifically in the municipality of Santarém (PA). In addition to studying artisanal fishing in the Tapajós River basin, Anderson’s current research includes traditional communities affected by the mining complex in the municipality of Barcarena/PA. He is a student member of the Laboratory of Studies on Traditions – LETRA – CNPq at UFCG.
