Daughter of Combú | Chocolate House
Artisanal production of Amazonian chocolate and the cocoa bioeconomy initiative.
Casa do Chocolate Filha do Combú is run by Dona Nena, a riverside producer who has been a pioneer in promoting Amazonian cocoa. The experience invites visitors to learn about cocoa cultivation, the artisanal processes of chocolate production, and to sample different flavors that reflect the region.
During the visit, participants explore educational trails about cocoa, observe the various stages of production, and experience the relationship between the forest, local culture, and income generation. The experience brings together gastronomy, the bioeconomy, and traditional Amazonian knowledge.
Located on Combú Island in Belém, Pará, this development is part of the Combú Route
