YARIPO ECOTURISMO YANOMAMI: Community-based tourism activity to Pico da Neblina, managed by the Yanomami people.

Pico da Neblina, in the state of Amazonas, is 2,995 meters high and is known by the indigenous people as Yaripo.

The expedition to Yaripo provides an immersion in Yanomami culture, allowing tourists to experience ancestral traditions while facing the challenges of the trail that leads to the highest point in Brazil.

Throughout the expedition, participants are accompanied by Yanomami guides and representatives from authorized tour operators, ensuring their safety and cultural enrichment. This experience provides an immersion in the Amazon and Yanomami culture, as well as the personal challenge of hiking through the forest.
