Get to know our policies

At Raízes, we understand that policies are much more than ideas on paper. When co-constructed (and not simply copied from generic formats), they are the materialization of a purpose and an instrument for sharing a vision.

Through policies, we can state what we want and also what we don’t want our services, our business, and our culture to represent. We can direct actions and processes. That’s why we’ve created some policies that guide us in our day-to-day work! Some of them have been made public so that they can inspire other organizations like ours. Others, such as the Positions, Salaries and Benefits Policy, PGR, PCMSO, and the Employee Handbook, will be published shortly after the analysis and deletion of sensitive or private data.
